Her brilliantly colored landscapes in oil have placed her in the forefront of American representational art, with many collectors prizing her luminous oils. Her passion also took her on many journeys abroad in search of beautiful gardens and landscapes to paint, including trips to Cotswold, Provence, Venice and Tuscany where she used these special places as pallets to stimulate, explore and apply her vision to canvas. Jennifer Finkel PhD, Curator, Art Programs, Art & Medicine Institute, Cleveland Clinic

The painting to us represents tranquility, creativity, and inspires the notion of how great ideas, in this case a beautiful image, can stem from a glimpse or a single thought that may go-unnoticed, but can create great new beginnings for others if only effort is put forth.”
Sherri White, Cleveland Clinic Educational Institute
In 2001 two well-traveled art collectors saw two of Linda’s paintings in a Provincetown gallery. “It was chemistry on first sight. Linda’s incredible and masterly artistry radiated from the two paintings; this was what we were looking for so long and never really found, until that day in Provincetown. At home we are everyday surrounded by Linda’s works which never cease to surprise us when we look at the paintings, because at any given time of day or night light, we seem to gain fresh impressions and wonder if we just obtained the paintings, or if we missed something in the beginning.”

Montreal, Canada - Robert and Peter

She made the InterContinental Hotel "Classics Restaurant" a huge success with her large paintings of France that was commissioned for their entire dining room”
